In 2019 the National Museum Of Ireland in collaboration with the Design and Crafts Council Of Ireland tasked twelve emerging makers from Kilkenny's goldsmithing college with choosing an object from the museum's collection.

The makers were then tasked with using the chosen object to inspire a new design.

The object I chose was a Tibetan Incense burner.

In 2021 the results were put on display at the Museum of Decorative Arts & History at an exhibition called InForm.

This piece was ultimately chosen by the museum to be part of its permanent collection.
